A. Any incentives, including rebates, special coupons, or dealer cash are passed on to you, the buyer. You pay only dealer invoice plus $98 and then deduct the amount of any incentives.

Q.. How can you sell vehicles at only $98 over the factory invoice?
A. The tremendous success of our fixed pricing policy, both on the Internet and in our showroom allows us to do a volume business, turnover our inventory more quickly, and earn greater allocation from the manufacturer. We pass the associated savings along to you.

Q. Do you restrict high demand models from your $98 Over Invoice pricing policy?
A. No! Our policy is $98 over invoice on ALL vehicles, ALL day, EVERYDAY!

Q. Can I Trade-In my current vehicle at 98Over.com?
A. We love trade-ins! Once you provide us accurate information on our Trade-In evaluation form we will take into account the condition of your vehicle and the current market conditions to provide you with an estimate of its value. See our Trade-In page for further information.

Q.. What if I want to Special Order my new vehicle?
A. We encourage customers to Special Order their vehicles; it's an ideal way to get the exact vehicle you want and pay only $98 over dealer invoice. A Special Order can be processed on any vehicle we sell with simply a $500 deposit. We will then use our automated system to track your order and get it delivered from the manufacturer as expeditiously as possible, while at the same time providing you with updates throughout the process.

Q. What if I want to buy immediately but don't see the exact vehicle I want in your inventory?

A. We do have the capability to search for a vehicle for you, however, flexibility in your choice of colors and equipment is usually necessary. In other words, just because you can imagine a vehicle and we can spec it doesn't mean it exists. We will do our best to find a match, but to get an exact match, especially for high-demand vehicles, often times requires a Special Order. Because there is a cost involved in using our automated system to locate a vehicle and bring it in for you, a 98Over.com representative will quote you the $98 over invoice price plus a transfer fee (usually $200-$500) based on where we go to pick up your new vehicle.


Q. How are taxes and registration fees handled?

A. Taxes and registration fees are paid only in the state where you register your vehicle. We will issue you a 30-day temporary tag for no charge. If you are a North Carolina resident, 98Over.com will collect any tax and registration due and arrange for your car to be registered and titled. If you finance or lease through us, we can add your taxes and registration fees to your contract and issue you a check to pay your fees when you get back to your home state.
